Mega Moolah and Mega Moolah Major
Mega Moolah takes its theme from an African safari, with animal symbols, doubling wilds and a free spins feature. Its jackpot wheel leads to one of four jackpot tiers: Mini, Minor, Major or Mega. The two cards here follow the Mega and Major pools separately: “Mega Moolah” is the largest tier, while “Mega M. Major” is the smaller of the two we track.
MegaJackpots
MegaJackpots is IGT’s progressive jackpot series, rather than a single slot with one theme. Games in the series include Cleopatra and Siberian Storm. Cleopatra, for example, uses Egyptian symbols and a free spins feature. Our card follows the MegaJackpots entry; the reels and bonus features depend on which title you open.
Major Millions
Major Millions has a cartoon military theme, with tanks, medals and binoculars among its symbols. The five-reel version uses 15 fixed paylines, plus wild and scatter symbols. Its own progressive jackpot has a separate card in our tracker. Despite the similar names, this is not the Major tier of Mega Moolah.
Treasure Nile
Treasure Nile brings an ancient Egyptian theme to the selection. This Microgaming slot comes with nine paylines and a progressive jackpot. We show the Treasure Nile pot on its own card, rather than grouping it with other Egyptian-themed games such as Cleopatra MegaJackpots.
CashSplash
Cash Splash has a classic fruit-machine style, and both three-reel and five-reel editions have been released. The three-reel game features a single central payline, cherry symbols and a progressive jackpot. Our card is labelled “CashSplash”, matching the tracked entry. The reel layout depends on the edition, so the three-reel description should not be applied to every version.
How progressive jackpots work
A progressive jackpot starts with a seed amount. Qualifying bets contribute to the jackpot pool, so the jackpot grows until it is awarded. Once the jackpot is paid, the pool resets according to the rules. How much goes towards the jackpot and what triggers the jackpot depend on the game.
In progressive slot games, the jackpot sits alongside the base game. Ordinary reel wins and features follow the paytable, while the jackpot trigger and eligibility conditions may be separate. Free spins or a bonus game do not, by themselves, explain how the jackpot prize is won.
Types of progressive jackpots: local and networked
With a networked progressive, players at multiple casinos can help fund the jackpot. Different progressive slots connect to that shared jackpot rather than each building a separate pot. A local progressive keeps contributions within a smaller group, such as the games at one casino.
That is why the name of the jackpot network matters as well as the name on the reels. Similar branding does not establish that two games use the same pool, currency or prize tier.
Progressive, fixed and must-drop prizes
A fixed jackpot has a stated prize under the game’s rules rather than a pot that grows through player contributions. A progressive jackpot changes as contributions are added.
“Must drop” describes a different condition: the rules specify a deadline or an amount by which the prize must be awarded. Do not assume an ordinary progressive jackpot has such a limit. A large recorded amount is not evidence that a payout is overdue.

Choosing progressive jackpot slots in the UK
The best progressive jackpot slots for your preferences are not necessarily those with the largest pots. If you choose to play progressive jackpot slots, compare the rules and qualifying cost as well as the amount on display. Check the following information in the game and at the operator.
- The exact jackpot. Match the game, network, tier and currency to the amount you are looking at.
- Eligibility and cost. Read what you must do to qualify for the jackpot and whether an additional jackpot contribution applies. Do not raise your stake simply because a headline prize looks attractive.
- The game rules. Check how the jackpot is triggered and awarded, including any cap or special conditions.
- The published RTP. Check whether the figure combines the base game and jackpot contribution or presents them separately. RTP is not a promise about one session.
- The operator’s current UK offering. A game appearing on an international website does not prove it is available in that operator’s British lobby.
The Gambling Commission’s progressive jackpot standards require the rules to be available before a customer gambles. They address information including jackpot funding, eligibility and how prizes are awarded. Use the information attached to the actual game, not an old review’s stake or payout figures.

Can a jackpot tracker predict the next win?
No. Watching a growing jackpot won’t tell you which spin will win. Our cards show what was recorded at the last check, not a countdown to a payout. A long wait since the previous win doesn’t mean the next one is due.
The Gambling Commission’s standards for random outcomes require random results to be unpredictable. Your chance to win and the odds of winning a progressive jackpot depend on the game rules. A single probability cannot sensibly be applied to every progressive jackpot game on this page.

Is Mega Moolah Major a separate slot?
No. Major is a jackpot tier within Mega Moolah. Our “Mega M. Major” card tracks that tier separately from the larger Mega prize. It is not the same as Major Millions.
Does the biggest jackpot give me the best chance of winning?
No. A larger jackpot describes a bigger prize pot, not a better probability of winning it. Compare the rules and qualifying cost separately, and do not treat the tracker’s order as a recommendation to bet.
