A wheel now decides which free-spins round awaits in Gates of Olympus 2500. Pragmatic Play announced the game on 28 September 2026, expanding its Zeus-themed series with four bonus modes and multiplier symbols reaching 2,500x.
One detail changes how the bonus unfolds: in Free Spins 2, a multiplier can still be collected when the symbols produce no win. It remains in the running total for a later winning spin.

What happens when the bonus wheel turns?
At least four scatters award 15 free spins and bring the wheel into play. Its result determines the collection rules for the round, according to Pragmatic Play’s launch announcement.
In Free Spins 1, multipliers join the running total only when they land on a winning spin. The updated total is then applied to that win.
Free Spins 2 removes that collection condition. Every multiplier that appears adds to the total, which applies to subsequent wins. Collecting a multiplier does not itself turn a non-winning spin into a payout.
The wheel can also award a Super version of either mode. These retain their respective collection rules but raise the minimum multiplier symbol value to 10x. The four outcomes are therefore Free Spins 1, Free Spins 2 and their two Super versions.
The tumbling grid returns
Away from the bonus wheel, Gates of Olympus 2500 uses a six-reel, five-row grid. Matching symbols pay wherever they appear, with the required number depending on the symbol rather than a fixed payline.
A winning combination leaves gaps when its symbols disappear. Replacements fall into those spaces, and another win keeps the tumble sequence going within the same spin.
Pragmatic Play’s game description explains that multiplier symbols can appear during the sequence. Their values are added together within the spin and applied to its total win.
A 2,500x symbol and a separate payout cap
The 2500 in the title refers to the highest individual multiplier symbol. Pragmatic Play separately lists a maximum payout of 25,000 times the stake on its campaign page.
Landing a 2,500x symbol is therefore not the same as receiving the maximum payout. The symbol affects the calculation of a win; 25,000x is the advertised overall ceiling. Neither figure tells players how frequently such a result occurs.
